It was doing key program with door cycling as it mentioned but did not functioning last pcm parameter reset. Showing the message can't communicate it. So thinking BCM is faulty,  replaced the BCM as it could not read BCM live data and fault codes.

After replacing an exactly the same BCM only went through key program door cycling and PCM parameter did not reset.

The next day used another scan tool ULTRASCAN ( 15 years old) just went through parameter reset and key program was successful. 

Please fix your software issue asap.
